MaryEllen Swartz Luebbers, O.D.

Dr. Luebbers graduated from The Ohio State University College of Optometry in 2005. She was born and raised in Grandview Heights, graduating from Bishop Watterson High School and Ohio Dominican College. Dr. Luebbers began working for Eye Designs when she was a student in 1996, she then joined the practice as an Optometrist in 2005. Dr. Luebbers is an active member of the American Optometric Association, the Ohio Optometric Association and the Central Ohio Optometric Association.

John P. Maszczak, O.D.

Dr. Maszczak graduated from Westminster College. He received his Doctor of Optometry in 2005 from The Ohio State University College of Optometry. After receiving his Doctor of Optometry degree, he completed a hospital-based residency in Primary Care and Ocular Disease at the Chalmers P. Wylie VA Outpatient Clinic and the Chillicothe VA Medical Center. He has worked as clinical faculty in the Ocular Disease Service at The Ohio State University College of Optometry before joining the Eye Designs team. He is an active member of the Central Ohio Optometric Association, the Ohio Optometric Association, American Optometric Association, and the American Academy of Optometry.

Karen A. Riccio, O.D.

Dr. Riccio graduated from The Ohio State University College of Optometry in 1982.
She practiced at the Cincinnati Eye Institute for 10 years. While at the Cincinnati Eye Institute, she was involved in emergency eye care, pediatric eye care, medical glaucoma care, and peri-operative cataract surgery care. Upon moving back to Columbus, Dr. Riccio was the optometric director of a laser vision correction center. In 1997 she joined the Eye Designs team. Dr. Riccio is actively involved in The American Optometric Association, the Ohio Optometric Association and the Central Ohio Optometric Association. She has also served as a past president of the Ohio Optometric Association.

Danielle B. Schneider, O.D.

Dr. Schneider knew she wanted to be an optometrist ever since she was a little girl. Once she graduated from Bishop Hartley High School, she approached Eye Designs, told us of her dreams to become an optometrist, and was hired immediately. Nine years later, after completing her undergraduate degree at Capital University, she recieved her Doctor of Optometry degree from The Ohio State University College of Optometry, in 2011, and joined Eye Designs as a Doctor of Optometry. She is an active member of the Central Ohio Optometric Assocation, The Ohio Optometric Assocation, and the American Optometric Association. She currently resides in Gahanna, her home town.
